Le A. Tisdale, MFT Le A. Tisdale has been helping people for over 20 years in the greater San Jose area to find solutions, fulfillment and resolution. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a background that includes private practice, public and private sector experience. In the private sector she was the director of family services for an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program. She specializes in chemical dependency, women’s issues and strategies
for healthy communication and cognitive behavioral therapy. Le holds a BSW from San Jose State University and Master's in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. In her free time, Le loves to spend time with her husband and her two daughters. She's a master art quilter and has studied African Spiritualism in Burkina Faso, Africa.
